Vendor Registration
Delaware uses MyMarketplace for vendor registration and procurement. To do business with the state, you must register as a vendor through their portal.

Finding Bid Opportunities
Active solicitations, RFPs, and bid opportunities are posted on the state’s eProcurement platform:
- Delaware eProcurement / Bid Portal — browse and respond to current solicitations
What You Will Need to Register
- FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) — your business tax ID. Learn more about FEIN/EIN
- UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) — obtained through SAM.gov. Learn more about UEI
- CAGE Code — assigned when you register in SAM.gov. Learn more about CAGE codes
- Business legal name, address, phone, email, and authorized contacts
- Commodity/service codes — used to match your business with relevant bid opportunities

Delaware offers programs to assist small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses in competing for government contracts.
Additional Information
MyMarketplace is Delaware’s one-stop procurement portal. Vendor registration is free. You can subscribe to business categories and receive email notifications when matching solicitations are posted. GSS offers free training sessions on how to do business with the state.
