Vendor Registration
Georgia uses Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) for vendor registration and procurement. To do business with the state, you must register as a vendor through their portal.

Finding Bid Opportunities
Active solicitations, RFPs, and bid opportunities are posted on the state’s eProcurement platform:
- Georgia eProcurement / Bid Portal — browse and respond to current solicitations
What You Will Need to Register
- FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) — your business tax ID. Learn more about FEIN/EIN
- UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) — obtained through SAM.gov. Learn more about UEI
- CAGE Code — assigned when you register in SAM.gov. Learn more about CAGE codes
- Business legal name, address, phone, email, and authorized contacts
- Commodity/service codes — used to match your business with relevant bid opportunities
Small Business & Minority Programs
Georgia offers programs to assist small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses in competing for government contracts.
Additional Information
Georgia uses Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) built on PeopleSoft/Oracle. Suppliers self-register through the TGM supplier portal. Bid notices are also posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR). MBE certification is available through DOAS.
