Vendor Registration
New Mexico uses eProNM (transitioning to JAGGAER) for vendor registration and procurement. To do business with the state, you must register as a vendor through their portal.

Finding Bid Opportunities
Active solicitations, RFPs, and bid opportunities are posted on the state’s eProcurement platform:
- New Mexico eProcurement / Bid Portal — browse and respond to current solicitations
What You Will Need to Register
- FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) — your business tax ID. Learn more about FEIN/EIN
- UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) — obtained through SAM.gov. Learn more about UEI
- CAGE Code — assigned when you register in SAM.gov. Learn more about CAGE codes
- Business legal name, address, phone, email, and authorized contacts
- Commodity/service codes — used to match your business with relevant bid opportunities
